Specific phobias are when someone feels excessive worrying about exposure to a particular object or trigger. Common examples include phobias of spiders or water. Separation Anxiety

Separation anxiety is a specific type of anxiety that occurs when one feels excessive worry about what may or could happen if a loved one leaves.
