Pets Policy

The staff at The Hills has always believed that clients participate more enthusiastically when they know that their pets are well taken care of - by the pet owners themselves. Neurologically speaking taking care of a pet and experiencing unconditional love can raise dopamine and serotonin levels. In early recovery raising dopamine and serotonin levels in healthy ways can be crucial to starting long term recovery.
This is why we invite your pets to join you throughout your journey of recovery.

Refund Policy

At the Client’s request against the advice of The Hills Center indicated for medical, therapeutic or administrative reasons (as determined by The Hills Center), otherwise agreed to by The Hills Center.
If the discharge occurs within the first (30) thirty days there will be a $3,500.00 discharge fee. The Hills Center will refund the total amount minus a daily rate and the discharge fee. If a discharge occurs after the first 7 days, the account will be charged a daily rate and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed in sixty (60) business days after discharge. Accordingly, any refund payment will be paid in the same method as the original payment was made and to the party it was issued by.
We hold the funds for up to sixty (60) days in case there are any outstanding pharmacy charges, medical bills or other fees that need to be collected prior to issuing the refund. All expenses incurred by the client for medical, psychiatric, pharmacy or other direct expenses while in the care of The Hills Center, LLC on behalf of the client will be subtracted from the refund amount prior to distribution.
